Straw Necked Ibis

20131126 016This is the first time I have seen a Straw Necked Ibis ((Threskiornis spinicollis) on the property.  Back in July I saw a large flock flying over, but this is the first close up so you can see the neck feathers that give it its name and the metallic sheen on its feathers.
