Now that Ginger has been to the Dag<\/a>\u00a0Day Spa<\/a>, she has a bottom worth photographing again. \u00a0I love the chicken’s fluffy bottoms and they are all different. \u00a0Ginger is an Isa Brown<\/a>,\u00a0a cross between a Rhode Island Red and Rhode Island White, known for its daily egg production. \u00a0She has barely missed a day in the 18 months she has been here after we took her home from the Margaret River free range egg farm<\/a>\u00a0(they sell their birds at around 18 months). \u00a0She\u00a0hasn’t even had a moult even though she would be close to 4 years old now. \u00a0Mama<\/a>, Rumples and Chicken are\u00a0bantams crossed with something and have beautiful barred feathers and little rosettes on their bottoms.<\/p>\n
