Sunrise at 7:09
It has been a week since the skies have been clear enough to capture a sunrise. This morning, the rain cleared leaving everything clean and fresh with a small bank of clouds remaining to frame the sunrise. The clear skies meant it was cooler too – by about 6 degrees. Yesterday I was going to write a post saying “no jacket required” as I cruised through the morning chores in the balmy 14 C. This morning a jacket, hat, scarf and gloves were all required. One of the guinea fowl seemed to be watching the sunrise from the deck and I captured her reflection on the wet deck.
